Every Beginning Is Cheerful

A profound theoretical education is the basis for the practical work which will follow afterwards in the field of geriatric care. This basis will make you feel secure and competent. During your three-year training programme for registered nurses (m/f/o), our experienced teaching staff will pass on important knowledge to you. They’ll carefully explain the material in a manner that you’ll find easy to follow.

The theoretical parts of the programme take place at our College for Care in Quierschied, which is located in the same building as the Medicus Health Centre. Training begins with a first theoretical part, which focuses on improving your individual technical language skills.

You’ll put your theoretical knowledge into practice at different local nursing facilities and you’ll have the benefit of learning on the job. Of course, you won’t be left on your own. A contact person is always at your disposal, there to guide you and to lend you their ear.

Among the training providers, which can all be reached comfortably by public transportation, are care facilities of the Victor’s Corporate Group, the Saarland-Heilstätten GmbH and the Elisabeth Retirement and Nursing Home in Saarbrücken-Dudweiler.
